Activate and get started
- Unzip first: after downloading, extract the ZIP file (right-click → “Extract All”, or double-click on a Mac). Only then open the app file.
- Activate once: on first start, enter your name and your activation number from the thank-you page or your order email. This needs a short internet connection once – after that the app works without internet.
- Runs on computer, iPhone, iPad and Android: on a computer, open the app file in your browser. On a phone or tablet, open your app link from the guide and add it to your home screen.

Is the utility statement legally sound?
The app calculates to the cent using the allocation keys you choose. Which costs can be passed on to tenants and which deadlines apply depends on your country and the lease – please check that yourself or with a professional.
Does the app need access to my bank account?
No. You download a transaction file in your online banking and open it in the app. Nothing is imported until you confirm it.
Can I import my existing list?
Yes, payments and expenses as CSV or Excel. You set up units and tenants once – the setup assistant helps you with that.
What if I change my computer or phone?
Save a backup on the old device and choose “Sign out this device” in the settings. Then activate the new device with the same number and open the backup.
Where do I find the activation number?
In your order email under “activation number” (it is also shown on the thank-you page).
Do I need Excel?
Not for the app, it runs in the browser. You open the Excel files with Microsoft Excel or a compatible program.
