Digital delivery
ProPraxisPlan sells digital products. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping costs for digital products.
Delivery takes place electronically right after the order. Depending on the sales channel, you receive access via the order, thank-you or status page and/or by email.
If a download link is not displayed for technical reasons: write to info@propraxisplan.de and state your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After checking the order, we will help you get the purchased file again.
Please download the files promptly and keep an unchanged backup copy.
Money-back guarantee
If an app does not suit you, we will refund the full purchase price, without lengthy explanations. The period depends on where you bought it:
- Here in the propraxisplan.de shop: 14 days after purchase. Write to info@propraxisplan.de with your order number.
- Via Digistore24: 60 days after purchase. Request the refund directly via the link in your order email or write to info@propraxisplan.de.
- In our Etsy shop: 14 days after purchase. Simply write to us via Etsy.
With the refund, the activation of the order concerned is deactivated. This voluntary guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Statutory rights
The respective mandatory statutory rights apply to consumers. For digital content, a statutory right of withdrawal can only expire early under the conditions that apply to it.
In the case of a duplicate order, a technical download problem or a damaged file, please contact us. We will look into the specific case. Mandatory statutory warranty, defect and consumer rights remain unaffected.
