Terms of Use & Business Terms

These notes supplement the legal information published in the Shopify shop for ProPraxisPlan's digital products.

1. Digital products

ProPraxisPlan offers digital products: apps that run offline in the browser as an HTML file, Excel files, PDF guides, videos and supplementary digital files. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Contract and payment

The prices, taxes and payment terms shown in the shop and at checkout at the time of the order apply. The products are made available after successful payment confirmation.

3. Digital delivery

The purchased files are provided electronically via a download link on the order or status page and/or by email. Customers should keep their own backup copy after downloading.

4. Licence

Unless otherwise stated for the product, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for themselves or for internal use within their own company. Reselling, public distribution, uploading to template or file-sharing platforms and sublicensing of the original files are not permitted.

5. Use at your own responsibility

The products serve organisation, calculation, planning and sales management purposes. They do not replace tax, legal, accounting, engineering or other professional advice. Users are themselves responsible for checking their entries, prices, taxes, contracts, technical details and legal obligations.

6. Technical requirements

The apps run in current browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, without installation and without an internet connection. Entries are only stored in the browser on the respective device; the user is responsible for making regular backups using the app's backup function. For the included Excel files, Microsoft Excel is recommended for best compatibility. With other spreadsheet programs, formatting, charts or individual functions may differ.

7. Defects and support

Mandatory statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected. If you have technical download problems or damaged files, please contact us at info@propraxisplan.de.

8. Withdrawal

Statutory rights of withdrawal apply to consumers. For digital content, the right of withdrawal can only expire before the end of the statutory withdrawal period under the statutory conditions. Details can be found on our page “Right of withdrawal for digital content”.
