• Contract finder: choose your bank statement file or drag it in – CSV, TXT, Excel (XLSX/XLS), PDF with text, CAMT (XML, also as ZIP), MT940, OFX/QFX or QIF. The app detects the format itself, several files at once also work.
• Preview before anything is added: you see every find with amount, rhythm and category and tick what to add. Nothing is added without you.
• Also spots: price increases (old and new price), duplicate services (e.g. two music subscriptions), small trial payments before a subscription. Next time you load a statement, only new items appear.
• Photograph a paper statement (beta): in the phone version, take photos of your statement. Text recognition runs on your device. The preview shows the image snippet next to each value, uncertain values are highlighted – confirm or correct with one tap.

Activate and get started

• Activate once: The first time you open the app, enter your name and the activation number from your order email. This needs the internet once, briefly – no further licence checks after that.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app need access to my bank account?
No. You download a transaction file in your online banking (e.g. CSV or PDF) and open it in the app. Or you enter subscriptions yourself or bring over a list from Excel.

Does the app cancel for me?
The app writes the cancellation as a PDF and opens your mail app. You send it yourself – with one tap. Ask the provider for a confirmation; the app reminds you if none arrives.

Does the photo of a paper statement always work?
It is a beta. Good photos are usually read well, but you check every line – uncertain values are highlighted.

Will I be reminded in time?
The app shows deadlines in red or yellow whenever you open it. You can also add every deadline with a reminder to your phone calendar.

Does it work on my phone?
Yes. On your phone you open your app link and add it to your home screen – it then runs like an app, offline too.

Where do I find the activation number?
In your order email, under the activation number. Enter it together with your name the first time you open the app – it is your personal key.

How is this different from a subscription tracker spreadsheet?
In a spreadsheet you look up every subscription yourself and work out every deadline. The manager finds the subscriptions in your bank statement, calculates the last day to cancel, sorts by urgency, writes the cancellation letter and puts reminders in your calendar. You still get the Excel file with an overview.

Which contracts can I add?
Any contract with an amount and a term: phone and internet, insurance, electricity and gas, gym, streaming, magazines or software you use in your business.

Do I need the internet?
Only briefly, once to activate and for secure sharing. After that everything works offline – no further licence checks.

What if I change my computer or phone?
Save a backup on the old device and choose “Sign out this device” in Settings. Then activate the new device with the same number and open the backup – everything is back.

Do I need Excel?
Not for the app, it runs in your browser. You open the included Excel file with Microsoft Excel or a compatible program.

Are there any extra costs?
