Right of withdrawal for digital content
Statutory rights of withdrawal apply to consumers in the European Union. Independently of this, we grant a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee.
Digital content
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal can expire before the end of the statutory withdrawal period if, before the supply begins, the consumer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, confirms that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, and receives the confirmation required by law.
Where these conditions are met and the supply has begun, there is no longer a statutory right of withdrawal merely because of a change of mind. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies. Mandatory rights in the event of defects or supply not in conformity with the contract remain unaffected.
Electronic withdrawal option
Where a right of withdrawal exists for an EU purchase, the withdrawal can be declared via the electronic function provided in the shop or via our contact address.
Switzerland
Under Swiss law, there is generally no general statutory right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to buyers from Switzerland. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
