Ready in 3 steps
- Download: You'll find the download link in your order email. On an iPhone or iPad, open the link in Safari, not in the Gmail or Mail app. The ZIP file is then saved in the Files app under “Downloads”.
- Unzip and open the guide: Open the ZIP file (on iPhone, just tap it once). Inside you'll find the app, the Excel files, the PDF guide and the video guide. Start by opening the guide in your language.
- Activate: Open the app and enter your name and your activation number. You'll find the number in your order email. This needs an internet connection once, for a moment – after that the app also works offline.

How to add the app to your home screen
- iPhone and iPad (Safari): Open the link → tap the Share icon at the bottom (square with an arrow) → “Add to Home Screen” → “Add”.
- Android (Chrome): Open the link → tap the three dots at the top right → “Add to Home screen”.
Common questions
Where do I find my activation number?
In your order email. If you bought through Digistore24, it's also shown on the thank-you page after your purchase.
I have a new device.
1 purchase = 1 main device. Sign out the old device in the app under “Settings” and activate the new one with the same number.
Can my staff or family work with me?
Yes. Invite them in the app with a QR code – you decide what they can see and edit.
The download doesn't work on my iPhone.
Open the link from the email in Safari: press and hold the link → “Open in Safari”. Or use the phone link for your app above.
