Is the utility statement legally binding?
The app calculates to the cent using the allocation keys you choose. Which costs can be passed on and which deadlines apply depends on your country and lease – check that yourself or with a professional.

Does the app need access to my bank account?
No. You download a transaction file in your online banking and open it in the app. Nothing is added until you confirm it.

Can I bring over my existing list?
Yes, payments and expenses as CSV or Excel. You add units and tenants once – the setup assistant helps you.

What if I change my computer or phone?
Save a backup on the old device and choose “Sign out this device” in Settings. Then activate the new device with the same number and open the backup.

Do I need Excel?
Not for the app, it runs in your browser. You open the Excel files with Microsoft Excel or a compatible program.

Are there any extra costs?
