Bill tracker spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel that shows which bills each paycheck has to cover – a paycheck budget and bill payment organizer with a printable bill calendar.
Enter how often you are paid and your bills once. The spreadsheet finds the bills due before every payday, adds them up and shows what is left to spend. No formulas to build, no tabs to copy.
What you get
- 1 spreadsheet with 5 tabs: Start, Dashboard, Paychecks, Bills, Bill Calendar – plus an optional Charts tab
- Up to 40 bills: monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, yearly or one time
- Up to 60 paydays in a 12-month plan, calculated for you: weekly, every 2 weeks, twice a month or monthly
- Dashboard for this paycheck: income, bills due, savings, left to spend, still available, bills paid, progress bar – plus 2 charts for the whole year
- 12-month paid checklist: choose ✓ when a bill is paid. Autopay bills count as paid once the due date has passed. Overdue bills turn red
