Advent activity calendar for kids and family: 24 shared moments that plan themselves

App + printables · 5 languages included (English, German, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian) · Instant download · One-time purchase, no subscription

Most families start December with good intentions. By day 5 the ideas run out, evenings are busy – and the calendar ends up being chocolate again.

The Advent Activity Calendar takes the planning off your plate: behind every door there is a small shared moment – matched to your children’s ages, your time and your budget.

Buy once. Use offline. No subscription. 14-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

  1. Enter your wishes: children’s ages, how much time you have on weekdays and at weekends, and your budget.
  2. The app fills all 24 doors with matching activities. Not the right idea? Swap it with one click, add your own ideas or hide a little surprise.
  3. Open a door every day – in the app on your phone, tablet or computer, or with the printed tickets.

What’s inside

  • 56 ideas in 8 categories: crafts, baking & kitchen, outdoors, spreading joy, cosy time, games, music & dance, discover.
  • Each door shows the activity, how long it takes, what it costs and what you need.
  • Shopping list sorted by day – you know what to buy before you need it.
  • Printable activity tickets: 24 cards, 8 per A4 page, in colour or as an ink-saving black-and-white version.
  • Fridge poster with all 24 doors to tick off.
  • Parent PIN, so only grown-ups can peek ahead.
  • Surprise hints when a door opens (“Look under your pillow!”).
  • Music box with 6 well-known holiday tunes and a freeze dance game – built in, no internet needed.
  • Sticker tree: every finished activity adds a sticker – when all 24 hang, the star lights up.
  • The finale: confetti, music and a “Best Advent” certificate with your children’s names.
  • Plan together: share the calendar with grandparents by QR code – you decide who can only view and who can edit.
  • Excel export with charts, CSV for your calendar app, import your own ideas from Excel or CSV.
  • Light and dark mode, large text option.

Your gift: the memory book

Add a photo and one sentence to each day. At the end, the app turns them into a PDF book to keep or print.

Your data stays with you

No account, no cloud, no ads. Everything is saved on your own device – with an optional app lock and encrypted backups.

What you get (instant download)

  • One app for all 5 languages – you choose your language the first time you open it
  • Excel examples in 5 languages
  • PDF guides: English, German and Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian
  • Free updates – the app tells you when a new version is available

Unlock and get started

  • Unlock once: the first time you open the app, enter your name and the activation number from your order email. This needs an internet connection one time – after that the app works without internet.
  • Works on computer, iPhone, iPad and Android.
  • 1 purchase = 1 main device. Other family members join by QR code.

Questions

Do I need technical skills?
No. You answer a few questions and click buttons.

I don’t have a colour printer.
No problem – use the ink-saving black-and-white tickets.

Can grandparents join?
Yes. By QR code or link – they don’t need their own copy.

What age is it for?
For families with children from toddlers to teens. The app picks activities to suit your youngest child.

When can I set it up?
Right after purchase. You choose the date of the first door yourself. It is best to plan a few days before you start – the shopping list shows what to get beforehand.

Do we need internet?
Only once, briefly, to unlock it. After that the calendar works without internet. Sharing it with the grandparents needs a connection for a moment.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The app runs on computer, iPhone, iPad and Android. Kids can open their door right on the tablet.

Are there extra costs?
No. Buy once, no subscription.
