They are preset as of October 2026 and can be changed at any time. With your Etsy monthly statement, the app calculates with your actual fees.
What is the difference between “profit per item” and the monthly profit?
The profit per item in the pricing calculator also deducts your hourly wage. The monthly profit shows what is left after fees, materials and postage – your working time is reflected in the real hourly pay.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. On your phone, open your app link and add it to your home screen – it then works like an app, offline too.
Where do I find the activation number?
In your order email under “activation number” (it is also shown on the thank-you page).
Do I need Excel?
